AI services for dealerships

AI cannot fix a process you do not have.

Most stores buy the machine first and the process never arrives. We do it the other way round. Install the process, prove it works with people, then let AI run it at three in the morning when nobody is there.

Why it usually fails

A bot on a broken process is a faster broken process.

Every dealership AI pitch sounds the same because they are all selling the same thing: a machine that talks to your customers. The part nobody asks is what the machine is supposed to say, and who decided.

How AI usually arrives

  • A vendor installs a bot and hands you a login
  • Nobody has written down what good follow up looks like
  • The bot repeats whatever the store already does, faster
  • Leads get answered, badly, at scale
  • Nine months later it is switched off and blamed

How we do it

  • We install the process with your people first
  • The standard gets written down and your managers hold it
  • We prove the number moves before automating anything
  • Then AI takes the hours and the volume humans cannot cover
  • You keep the process even if you fire the software

We can prove the process works without the AI. That is why we can tell you honestly what the AI is adding.

What it actually is

An execution layer, not another system to learn.

It sits on top of the CRM you already pay for, VinSolutions included. Your managers keep the tools they know. What changes is that the seats you cannot staff get filled.

Nights

After hours voice

A real voice answers the phone when the store is closed, qualifies the caller, and books the appointment into your CRM rather than leaving a message nobody returns.

Face

Two way video

A branded video agent on your site that a customer can actually talk to. Same play as the video templates that outsold plain email six to one, running without a rep present.

Speed

Chat and SMS

Web chat and two way texting that answers in seconds, at midnight, on a Sunday, while your BDC is asleep or on another call.

The tail

Aged lead follow up

The 1,800 leads from the last ninety days that nobody has time to work. Day ten to day one eighty, worked consistently, without a manager chasing anyone.

Fixed ops

Service and CSI

Appointment booking and confirmation, next morning CSI on every repair order, and declined service and recall campaigns that run themselves.

Visibility

One inbox and a board

Every channel in one place, with a take over button so a human can step into any conversation mid sentence. Plus the numbers a GM actually needs.

One rooftop · six weeks

What it did at a live store.

A Honda rooftop, partially deployed, over six weeks. These are counted events, not projections, and the counting rules are published underneath.

The counting rules, published

  1. A touch is a person, not a message. Ten texts to one customer count once.
  2. Staff, test, and monitoring traffic are excluded by list before anything is counted.
  3. Only leads from the current era count, and a touch must precede the outcome it sits beside.
  4. Outcome rates are only quoted on cohorts old enough to have finished cooking.
  5. An AI action is an event a human could have watched happen. No tokens, no padding.
  6. Dollar figures are co-authored: your average gross multiplied by our verified counts. We never invent money.
  7. We claim presence in the journey, never sole credit. Your team closes the deals.

Twenty four customers it spoke with went on to buy. We will not claim it made those sales. It was there, and the receipts are in the report.

What it does not do.

Every vendor in this category will tell you what their AI can do. Here is the other half, so you can plan around it instead of finding out in month three.

It does not replace your CRM or your DMS.

It sits on top of them. If someone is selling you AI that requires ripping out VinSolutions or your DMS, that is a different and much larger project.

It does not close deals.

It answers, qualifies, books, follows up, and hands over. Your people still sell the car. Any vendor claiming otherwise is describing something that does not exist yet.

It does not fix a store that will not run a process.

If your managers will not hold a standard, automation makes the gap wider, not smaller. We will tell you that on the first call rather than take the money.

It does not touch accounting, payroll, or digital retail.

Those are DMS jobs. We are the layer that works leads, conversations, follow up, and accountability.

We do not publish an ROI percentage.

You will see 300 percent and 1,500 percent on other sites in this category. Those are models, not measurements. We would rather show you counted events and let you do the arithmetic with your own gross.

What it costs

No custom quote theatre.

One price per rooftop. Onboarding is one month of service, charged once. Twelve month term, sixty days notice to leave, and billing does not start until it is live.

$2,400

Per rooftop, per month. Base platform, service agent, and usage allocation included.

$2,900

Per rooftop, per month with the sales agent added. This is what most stores actually run.

$60–80k

What one loaded BDC hire costs a year, covering one shift, five days a week, with holidays.

That comparison is the only economic claim we will make, because it is arithmetic you can check rather than a promise we cannot keep.

Where it starts

We look at your CRM before we sell you anything.

First conversation is a look at what is actually happening in your store: response times, the aged bucket, what happens after seven at night. Sometimes the answer is that you do not need AI yet, and we will say so.
